Pat Comiskey

Pat specializes in business advisory services, including tax planning and compliance, business valuations, and retirement/estate planning. Pat oversees all tax and tax-related engagements performed by the firm. He founded Comiskey & Company in 1984.

Pat is a graduate of the University of Southern Colorado, Pueblo, Colorado, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He is licensed to practice in Colorado, California, Wyoming, and Louisiana.

JENNIFER MALIAR, C.P.A.                                  


Jennifer specializes in auditing and consulting services to public companies.  She is licensed in the states of Colorado, New York, Arizona, and Missouri.

Jennifer oversees all audit and accounting engagements performed by the firm, and frequently consults with clients on financial, regulatory, or technology related issues. She joined Comiskey & Company in 1988.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a Major in Accounting from Dowling College, Oakdale, New York.

Lori specializes in accounting and auditing services to governmental, construction and software companies.  She frequently handles special project engagements, including CAM charges audits, fraud procedures, and due diligence engagements.  Before joining the firm in 1995, Lori worked in the automotive and environmental consulting industries.

Lori graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver, Colorado, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.

BONNEY A. LOPEZ, C.P.A.                                  

Bonney is the marketing director for the firm and acts as senior business consultant on all governmental engagements.

Bonney graduated Adams State College, Alamosa, Colorado, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He holds the AICPA Certificate of Educational Achievement in Governmental Accounting and Auditing.

ADDA L. DEAN, E.A.                                   

Adda specializes in tax preparation, planning and consulting for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. She is a graduate of Central Business College and an Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent.

Prior to joining the firm in 1988, Adda did extensive software consulting and worked as Administrative Assistant to the Controller of a major aviation firm.

CHRISTINE TESDALL, C.P.A.                                   

Christine is a graduate of the Business Honors Program with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a Major in Accounting from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas.  Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Christine had over six years of public accounting experience with a Big 5 firm, and four years of industry-based accounting and managment experience.

DANIEL B. NELSON, C.P.A.                                   

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Adams State College.  Prior to joining the firm in 1998, Dan worked in the tax department of a private industry company.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Denver.  A long time Colorado resident, Dave worked for several years in and out of the public accounting profession, as well as owning and operating a video store.
