If you are uploading a general ledger file, we suggest you send us your backup. (in Quickbooks, this would be .qbb). Not only is the file smaller, taking less time to upload, but it also has an additional level of security. Contact us if you have any questions. In general, with a broadband connection, you can expect to see a 32 meg upload take about 10 minutes to complete.
